A Better Life

19^th Century poverty-stricken Ireland forces the Connors, like many other families of that time, to leave their homeland in search of a ‘better life.’ In a quest to find relief from their misery, they travel to England to seek employment and make a new home for themselves.  It is without doubt an arduous task, but with determination to survive, they pledge not to be defeated and learn from the experiences that life throws their way.
