The Adventures of Circum Quadratum And Spartacus

Circum, a village prodigy from Chesone, desires a decent education and to progress through all three schools in Ancient Rome – namely the Trivial, Grammar, and Rhetoric schools. However, admission to the latter two schools is restricted to only the children of wealthy and influential parents.

Circum must pass through some cruel trials but also breathtaking adventures. He meets with the brother of the Egyptian queen Cleopatra, Ptolemy, and other real and fictional characters, while making numerous discoveries along the way and creating several key inventions of our time.
