Sam Luxton is a teacher, born and raised in East London. He has always enjoyed the wonders and wealth of literature found around the world. He was the one whose locker at school always had a wide selection of reading material and acted as the class librarian.
Sam enjoys reading up on many subjects and likes to incorporate the knowledge gathered in his writing.
Since studying an A-Level in Philosophy, Sam has developed a passion for exploring and questioning the world around him and has studied a BA(HONS) at Anglia Ruskin University as well as an MA in Philosophy at Heythrop College London.
Having finished his studies, he went on to work for the Havering Library Service, where he ran reading groups and activities for children. This later inspired him to apply to become a teacher at London Southbank University, where he received his PGCE in Early Years education.
These career opportunities have allowed Sam to identify areas he is passionate about and create books he feels are needed to fill a void in the literary world. His passion for literature and teaching has driven him to create a series of high-class educational books that children could benefit from in their early development. He has always wanted to be a writer and thanks to Blossom Spring Publishing, he has been given the opportunity to weave his own stories and share the knowledge he has gathered with his readers.
