It has always been a ‘bucket list’ ambition of mine to write a story. The coronavirus pandemic and lockdowns made it painfully clear that life is short, and we never know what is around the corner and it was then that I decided to start writing. What I was going to write about at that stage was a mystery to me, but I was determined to get something down in the style of the pulpy, over-the-top, serial-like adventure stories of yesteryear that I enjoyed so much.
‘Eternal Tides’ is my first story, and it has fuelled a creative drive and passion within me.
When I am not writing or thinking up new adventures, I work within the care sector. I enjoy spending time with my wife, son and two cats and I love getting lost within a good book or one of my favourite films.
