I have always loved writing and reading. I used to read anything and everything I could, and I still read now, when I can find the time!
I loved writing, no matter what the subject; whether it was creative writing for English, or essays for university. I completed my degree and post-graduate study in Early Childhood Studies, and work in a nursery with preschool-aged children. I think it’s super important to promote a love of books and reading from an early age.
Outside of work, family life is busy – my fiancé and I have two young boys, and we now have two lizards – and I find time to write when I can, which is partly why I have several notebooks around to jot down ideas.
