Naomi Lewis is a primary school teacher and first-time author with a passion for supporting young children in their early learning years. Born in Wales and having spent much of her childhood living in Africa, Naomi developed a love for culture, travel, and storytelling from an early age.
Throughout her career, Naomi has taught in international schools in Mexico, Thailand, and Bahrain, and currently works as a primary school teacher and mental health lead. She is committed to nurturing the emotional and academic well-being of young children. Her experience working with young children has shaped her belief that the formative early years are crucial for development, and that learning through rhyme, pictures, and imagination helps children build confidence and curiosity.
Naomi now lives in Dorset with her husband and their two sons, and a lively household of pets. When she isn’t teaching or writing, she enjoys hiking, swimming, yoga, and travelling with her family.
